I was emailed a promotional code. However, I forgot to apply the code and have already completed my purchase. Can you help me apply the code after I have made my purchase?

We really want to be able to help you, but once you have submitted your order there is nothing we can do. If you have submitted your order, and still need to complete payment, you are in luck. Simply create another order, apply the coupon, and complete payment. We will see this and cancel your first order. For those that have already submitted payment, we can offer to reach out to you directly next time we are offering a promotion to make sure you are aware of it. All our peptides for sale are strictly for research purposes in a professional laboratory setting. The products sold on this site are under no circumstances to be administered in humans for any reason. We reserve the right to request additional information from any of our customers at any time shall we feel that the customer is using the products for off label use.

I would like to have my own independent testing done of your peptides, can I?

We urge all our customers to perform their own AAA, Mass-spec , HPLC, or Maldi-mass testing on our products. If any of the products you purchased are tested and the results are less than perfect, please send us a copy of the test reports. If we review the report and find the product does not match the criteria we promised when it was sold, we will reship to you free of charge.

What form do your peptides arrive in?

All peptides are in lyophilized powder form. They must be reconstituted. Once reconstituted refrigeration is needed.

Are all your peptides pure?

Many of the peptides we are selling on peptidesforsale.com are industry standard at 98%. Some of the smaller peptide chains are 99%. We have excellent access to superior manufacturing that consistently allows us to supply you with the best products on the market.

I purchased two separate products, and one bottle has less lyophilized powder than the other bottle. Why, and does that mean one bottle is bad?

This is 100% normal and you have nothing to worry about. Each peptides chain is different, and how the powder appears in the bottle has nothing to do with the quality or strength of the peptide. Occasionally transit will cause the peptide powder to shift, and even break apart. This has not caused any degradation.

The bottle(S) I received look different than they do on the website, should I be worried?

The tops used during the manufacturing process vary each time. The label will always have the name of the product and MG, along with any other relevant facts. All of our labels will contain the words “Not For Human Consumption”

Under normal circumstances we ship using USPS Priority Shipping which does not require a signature release. However, we do offer alternative shipping methods. If you require a signature release we can arrange to make it a requirement.

I would like my products mailed to me without labels, can you do this for me?

We will under no circumstances remove any type of labeling from any of our products. There is no reason anyone should be requesting us to do this. There are a number of reasons we will not remove the labels, a main one being that there will be no warning present. We are required by law to clearly and concisely state that the product is NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

Do you have a refund policy for opened products? What if I did not open them?

Our refund policy is very simple. For all opened products we can not accept return. Under no circumstances will we accept a return of an opened product. If the product is open, and you have a test report showing that the purity or contents of the vial is not as advertised, please email us the report immediately. We will review your findings, and if warranted send you a replacement product immediately, free of charge. If you have a product that has not been opened and you wish to return it to us for a refund, then please reach out to us directly at Our answer to this question will be on a case by case basis.

One of my vials came with the glass broken, but the powder is clearly present can you reship to me?

Accepted Answer

We need you to immediately take a few photos as soon as you realize the vial is broken. If you are unwrapping the package, simply stop unwrapping and place the items down. Take photos and send them to us immediately. We will review the photos, and if deemed appropriate swiftly reship your order free of charge.

I placed an order, but due to an unforeseen situation need to cancel my order. Can you please cancel my order?

Canceling an order is not as simple as it may sound. If you order has not left our shipping facility, then we will do our best to cancel the order. You will have less than 24 hours after completing your order payment to cancel your order. In some cases, you will have less than 4 hours, it depends on the time of day you completed your payment. If you order as already shipped, then the chances of us successfully intercepting the delivery are not great. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however working with the postal service on things like this can be difficult. If you receive the package and want to send it back, simply right the words RETURN TO SENDER.

I received my order, but a portion of it is missing. Can you reship the missing products?

Our system requires the contents of each package be photographed before shipment. This small step greatly reduces cost for us, which we can in turn pass to you. If you find that one of your products is missing, please contact us with your Order #, and the specific missing item(s). We will review our photos. If we determine we did indeed accidently short you, we will swiftly send you the products you ordered no cost to you. In most cases we will include more than you ordered as a way of saying we are sorry; we appreciate your business.
